The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide Campus, Office of the Registrar, is responsible for the security, confidentiality and integrity of student records. We collaborate with academic personnel and the Offices of Enrollment Management to create, maintain and enforce university policies, catalogs and procedures.

To remain in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the university requires that students or their legal designees authorize the release of non-directory student educational records, including transcripts.

Enrollment verifications are used to verify student enrollment status, credit hours, anticipated graduation date and proof of attendance. This is usually needed for good student discounts, insurance companies, banks, prospective employers or other interested parties.
Graduation verifications provide verification of degrees or attendance at Embry-Riddle. Parents, employers, background checking firms and other third party agencies may request degree verifications online through National Student Clearinghouse.
Students may refer verification requests that cannot be processed via the Clearinghouse to the Office of the Registrar, either by requesting the assistance of their campus or online advisor, or by submitting a request directly to Worldwide.Transcripts@erau.edu.
Note: Requests for any type of verification will not be taken by phone, and verification will not be provided by phone.
