FAQs

We’ve streamlined much of the process and handle most of the heavy lifting for you. To get started, all you need to do is order the listing package or contact us directly. We will then begin by preparing the home value estimate, collecting your listing information, scheduling the 3D walkthrough and photos, and providing you with the required disclosures. Once your listing is active, most buyers will have their first showing via the 3D walkthrough, making your in-person showings more like a second showing. When the buyer is ready to make an offer, all they have to do is submit it directly through our website. Upon acceptance, our partnered attorney will draft the official purchase agreement, handle the paperwork, and close the deal.

Absolutely, a licensed and qualified professional will provide you with a comprehensive home value estimate to assist in determining the optimal listing price for your home.

Your local FSBO Advisor will be available every step of the way, right up to closing. You can reach out to them anytime via call, text, or email with any questions about marketing or selling your home.

We offer many of the same services as real estate agents, but without the commission. This includes 7-day-a-week support, 3D Walk-throughs, professional photography, floor plans, marketing on the most popular real estate websites, an offer platform, and assistance from an attorney for drafting purchase agreements and closing deals. Additionally, many of our advisors have a real estate license.

There are no hidden fees, cancellation charges, or commissions. Additionally, many of our sellers opt to prepay for the listing package, saving 70% on the total cost.

To make an offer, simply click on the ‘Make an Offer’ button located below the price of each listing on our site. You’ll be prompted to answer key questions such as the price, closing date, financing method, and inspection details. If the seller accepts, our partnered real estate attorney will draft the official purchase agreement, handle the paperwork, and close the deal.
